Temporary we can only email you free postage label with QR code to send us your glasses. Present your QR code at the Post Office and they will print the label for you.

Temporary default option chosen!

1*) If you have your own packaging and want to send us your glasses quickly to speed up the process - we will email you prepaid postage label. You can print it out or present the QR code at the Post Office and they will print the postage label.

2*) If you don't want to leave home to send your parcel - Royal Mail will bring the label when you arrange parcel collection and take the package (there is no charge for collection).

3*) If you have hard cases with your frames - you can use bubble padded envelope, plastic bag or anything to wrap it around to keep the frames safe.

How to have your glasses reglazed!

STEP 1

Request a box

Simply fill out our online form, request the box and we will send you out a prepaid Free post box to put your frames in. You can use your own packaging as well, just let us know about it so we will send you a prepaid postage label.

Prescription

STEP 2

Send your frame

When your pack arrives,  place your frame in the box together with copy of your prescription and put it into your nearest Royal Mail post-box.

Send a copy of your prescription with the frame or by email - just remember it needs to be less than 2 years old 

STEP 3

delivery

When your frame arrives, we’ll contact you to discuss your new lens options and send you quotations. Once you have decided and you are happy with the price, pay the invoice. We will fit the new lenses and send your glasses back to you by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
