How to have your glasses reglazed
STEP 1
Request a box
Simply fill in our online form, request the box and we'll send you out a prepaid free post box to put your frames in. You can use your own packaging - just let us know so we can email you a prepaid postage label with a QR code to print at the Post Office or at home.

STEP 2
Send your frame
When your pack arrives, put your frame in the box together with the copy of your prescription and leave the parcel at the Post Office or put it into your nearest Royal Mail post-box . You can email us a photo of your prescription if you want - just remember it needs to be less than 2 years old
STEP 3

When your frame arrives, we’ll contact you to discuss your new lens options and send you quotations. Once you have decided and you are happy with the price, pay the invoice. We will fit the new lenses and send your glasses back to you by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Complete our online form to request a lens replacement kit. If you use your own packaging, we'll email you a prepaid postage label with a QR code for convenient and quick shipping. Alternatively, we can send you a prepaid post box to securely package your frames.

Send Us Your Frames
Once you receive the postage and QR code from us ( and box if needed ), pack your frames and a copy of your prescription securely and drop off the parcel at the Post Office. Present your QR code and they will print the postage for you and stick it on your parcel.
STEP 3
Delivery
Upon receiving your frames, we'll contact you to discuss your lens options and provide quotations. After confirming your choice and payment, we'll fit the new lenses and return your glasses via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
