Once you've seen what we offer and you found lenses you are interested in - please request  the free reglaze pack. We will contact you to confirm the request and send it to you ASAP when you reply to our email.

 When you receive our pack - fill in your details on the paper form, tick the boxes with lenses and coatings you want and pack it together with your frames.

Don't forget to include your last eye prescription ( unless you will email it later ).

In next step - stick our prepaid postage label on your package and pop it in to the nearest Royal Mail red post box or leave it at the post office. Once we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm your order or talk/advice about the best options for your prescription. We send you a quote to accept and invoice to pay online in next email. Once invoice paid, we will order your lenses and fit them into your frame. We will let you know when your glasses are ready and posted to you.
