My name is Karl. I'm an independent professional ophthalmic lab technician and dispensing optician with nearly 20 years experience.
I'm working together for many years with well-known optical practice located in Leicester with an excellent reputation for first-class customer care and service.
Our laboratory uses advanced state of the art processes and technology to provide an excellent quality service every time.
Everyday I cut lenses and fit them in frames, dealing with customers in the practice by providing dispensing optician services - lots of talking about lenses, advising customers, recommendations and taking measurements for new lenses and ordering.
I love it so much, that I've decided to do it online as well.

There are also other local opticians who use our lenses glazing services. We are well known for being one of the last old school opticians, who doe various glasses repairs and offer lenses for very complicated prescriptions.
We are happy to fit prescription lenses into customers' existing or new frames which they bring to our store. Most opticians are very reluctant to do it or if they agree - they will charge you a fortune for the service.
For the lab technicians it doesn't really matter. So, we came to a conclusion, that if people are loving their old frames so much or they bought a nice one somewhere else and they need new lenses - why not to help them? We are glazing probably about half of the lenses into old frames and we don't think it is a problem. We can help everyone in the UK reuse old frames by using our online services - not just our local customers.

But why not? You get the same quality service like at any high street opticians, but pay much less for your new lenses, and we are happy to use your own frame with no additional charge for this service.
Request the FREE reglaze pack, fill out our form and send the frames. In the next few days you will get your new glasses back delivered straight to your door. We keep a lot of lenses in our stock, so most often we can fit them the same or next day when we receive your frame.
If your lenses have to be made for you in lens factory ( all varifocals, occupational or bifocals lenses ),it takes on average about a week to receive them once the order is placed.
We always give you 30 days to return your lenses if you are not happy with them, so there is nothing to worry about.
